Back Pain
Back Pain
Back pain is less common in the general population compared to neck and lower back pain. It often develops after prolonged poor ergonomic positions, such as bending forward for long periods. It is especially common in people who sit at a desk all day due to their profession or who carry heavy loads on their back. Back pain can originate from the spinal bones, intervertebral discs, facet joints, supporting ligaments and muscles of the spine, or from the spinal cord or nerve roots.
Common back problems;
- Posture disorders
- Kyphosis
- Spinal herniated discs
- Scoliosis
- Compression fractures in the spine
