Elbow Pain
Elbow Pain
The most common problems affecting the elbow joint are dislocations and tendon disorders. Tendon issues known as tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow are especially seen in people who perform repetitive and forceful hand and wrist movements. Actions such as tightening screws, using a hammer, or wringing cloths can strain the attachment points of the forearm muscles at the elbow, leading to pain. Therefore, elbow pain is more frequently observed among mechanics, painters, carpenters, and housewives.
